Sarah Palin pulls within 5 points of Obama!!

President Barack Obama (Pablo Martinez Monsivais/AP)

President Barack Obama's approval ratings continue to plummet, possibly opening up the way for Republicans to take back the presidency in 2012. In a shocking new poll, all the announced Republican candidates have gained ground on Obama... and some candidates who haven't announced yet. Sarah Palin has moved within five points of Obama in a new McClatchy-Marist poll. The poll could give new fire to those who hope Palin will announce her candidacy soon. Maybe it will encourage Palin to jump into the race and try to bring her signature style to the white house.

Lamestream media defends Sarah Palin??

What's happening in lamestream media land all of a sudden?

Film reviewers have slammed the British documentary "Sarah Palin: You Betcha!" Newspapers have refused to run comic-strip excerpts of Joe McGinniss' rumor- mongering tome "The Rogue." (Levi) Johnston's accusations have been consigned to the gossip pages. And none other than The New York Times has angrily taken Palin's side in a brutal takedown of the McGinniss book. Reviewer Janet Maslin called "The Rogue" a work of "caustic, unsubstantiated gossip," accusing its author, who rented a house next door to the Palins for a time, of sloppiness, attention seeking and a lack of neighborliness. "‘The Rogue" is too busy being nasty to be lucid..."

Sarah Palin criticizes Perry for HPV, agrees with Bachmann on crony capitalism

Sarah Palin agreed with Michele Bachmann that crony capitalism is tough to challenge in your own party in a Fox News interview Monday night after the CNN/Tea Party Express Debate in Tampa. It was obvious that Palin agreed that Perry overstepped his bounds in requiring 12 year old girls to receive an HPV vaccine in Texas and may have taken money unethically for his campaign in doing so.

Sarah Palin speaks like a candidate
but still no announcement

Sarah Palin spoke to a rain soaked crowd of Tea Partiers in Indianola, Iowa Saturday. She delivered a rousing speech full of criticisms of the current Obama economic agenda and "crony capitalism." While not announcing her own candidacy formally, she surely sounded like a candidate, complete with her own economic plan...
