Sarah Palin's One Nation Bus Tour
- Boston and New Hampshire, June 2, 2011
In June, 2011,Sarah Palin began an on again off again bus
tour of the nation, making stops at important historical sites and
summertime events. This is a video compilation of video footage of Palin's time
in Boston and New Hampshire, in which she visits the Paul Revere House, Bunker
Hill and the Old North Church. Sarah Palin says the purpose of the trip is not
to make a political statement but to highlight the nation's heritage.
During the trip Palin made some comments about Paul Revere which many media personalities
derided as incorrect. Read about the accuracy of
Sarah Palin's Paul Revere comments
here. Her comments weren't as "off" as you may have heard. You can also

Palin handed out signed copies of the
US Constitution on the trip. She
answered many questions about the possibility of running for president,
whether or not it was "coincidence" that she was in Boston on the same
day Mitt Romney announced his candidacy for president and the growing
size of the federal government.
"The goal here, as it has been this week on our bus tour is
to get people to pay attention to how important America's
foundation is, our entrepreneurial spirit, the responsible
exploitation of our natural resources and we have done that along
the way, looking at the historical sites that mean so much." -
Sarah Palin
"I want people to focus on my record, what I did as a
mayor, a council member, an oil and gas commissioner, the chair of the interstate
oil and gas compact commission. I'm fighting hard for energy independence in this
country. I want people to know what I did as a governor. I want people to know
what I did as a city manager and not just those six weeks that some people saw
me on the VP trail, but what I've done for the last couple of decades as a
professional." - Sarah Palin
